Vintage. No size listed, but could be extra small or small, based on model fit. Comes with belt which is a little worn on the inside. Belt shows Vintage USA stamp. Also has very small pockets in front. There is some tiny hand made stitching on the dress in some areas. May show some barely visible minor signs of wear.
